services to affluent families and their businesses. Clint
specializes in business acquisitions and dispositions, wealth

and retention and monetization planning. He has extensive
experience serving clients in the manufacturing, real estate
and medical
service industries. Clint is a frequent writer and speaker
on a variety of tax and wealth management topics.
Experience
Clint joined Arthur Andersen & Company in 1979, gaining
valuable experience in his specialty. He joined Wilson
Price in 1983 and leads the firm’s tax group.
